Senior Site Manager

A leading international contractor that delivers construction projects in Ireland, the UK, and Europe are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a landmark 5-star hotel project in Dublin city centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished construction professional with a proven track record managing complex, high-specification projects from structure through to high-end finishes and final commissioning.You will lead the on-site delivery team, coordinate subcontractors and M&E services, and ensure that the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme are achieved throughout all stages of the build.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to programme, quality, and safety standards.Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and design teams to achieve project milestones.Lead high-end fit-out and commissioning phases, ensuring successful client handover.Oversee and support junior site managers, engineers, and foremen.Work closely with project management, QS, and design teams to resolve technical and logistical issues.Maintain strong client relationships, representing Collen Construction to the highest professional standard.Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.RequirementsExperience in building construction, with at least 5 years in a senior site management capacity.Proven background in high-end hotel, commercial, or luxury residential projects.Strong experience in commissioning and final handover stages.Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, and health & safety standards.Relevant construction management or engineering qualification.Apply here or email your CV directly to m.firnett@x4lifesciences.com
