Job Description
Lead and manage the social media team to execute creative and results-driven campaigns. Develop and implement content strategies across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor performance metrics and prepare insightful reports to optimize content and engagement. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketing, and other departments to align messaging. Supervise the planning and execution of paid ads and influencer campaigns when needed. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management. Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics platforms, and content planning. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Creative mindset with a data-driven approach. Experience with paid ads is a plus. Experience with GCC markets is a plus.
