If you're passionate about beauty, trends, and innovation, this role is for you!Responsibilities:Design and execute social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and expand audience reach.Oversee and grow social media profiles on Instagram and TikTok.Create and plan innovative and engaging content.Stay ahead of trends and enhance user interaction.Track social media metrics and prepare performance reports.Engage with followers, responding to comments and direct messages.Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in any field.Fluent in English (written and spoken).At least 3 years of relevant experience in the same industry.Proven experience managing TikTok and Instagram accounts.Creative mindset with an ability to stay on top of trends and social media dynamics.Proficient in writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication.Strong attention to design details and visual aesthetics.Willing to do full WFO from Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.
