Aspirion maintains a strong partnership with Linden Capital Partners, serving as our trusted private equity sponsor.We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, data-informed software systems that power Aspirion’s strategic initiatives. This role blends deep engineering expertise with architectural leadership, focusing on building robust platforms that leverage data to drive intelligent automation, operational excellence, and customer impact.Key ResponsibilitiesImprove CI/CD processes across multiple services and pipelines to accelerate development velocityCollaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to develop solutionsPartner with Principal Engineers, and Product Management to define the technical solution roadmapAnalyze business requirements and design solutions with accurate work effort estimationsCreate architectural designs focused on resilience, scalability, and performanceUphold the highest quality standards through rigorous application of software development best practicesParticipate in design and code reviews, offering insightful suggestions across products and teamsMentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellenceEngage in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous process refinementRequirements5+ years of professional experience designing and developing distributed systems in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCPStrong proficiency in C# (preferred) and experience with ReactDeep understanding of software architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven systems, and serverless computing.Experience integrating data platforms (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Data Lakes) into application architectures.Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards (HIPAA, NIST, HiTrust).Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.Demonstrated ability to contribute to team success through mentorship, peer collaboration, and technical guidanceStrong problem-solving skills with experience making sound design decisions under real-world constraintsEffective communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsEducation And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2–3 years in a mid to Sr level Software Engineer.Experience working in data-rich environments or with data-centric applications is highly desirable. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered.
