We’re Hiring | Senior Software Engineer | YehudJoin Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) in the Missile & Space Systems Division and play a key role in developing and maintaining advanced test equipment (ATE) for state-of-the-art navigation systems. These systems are essential for production and quality assurance of critical components used across IAI and Israel’s defense industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain test equipment (ATE) for advanced navigation systemsProgram in C++ in a Windows-based development environmentWork closely with multidisciplinary teams, including system engineers, algorithm developers, and production engineersSupport production processes by ensuring reliable and efficient test capabilitiesContribute to quality assurance and validation of mission-critical componentsRequirements:B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering – mandatoryProven 10+ years of experience in C++ development for PC/Windows environments, including multithreaded programming – mandatoryExperience developing hardware test systems (ATE) and ATP for production lines – advantageFamiliarity with Borland C++ Builder (for legacy test equipment maintenance) – strong advantageAbility to work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyWhy Join Us?At IAI’s TMM plant in Yehud, you will work on the core building blocks of navigation systems that power Israel’s most advanced defense platforms – from missile interceptors to tanks, APCs, and naval systems.
