OXO Tech is also a specialist in technical recruitment, connecting skilled professionals with leading Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) globally.Responsibilities.Create, design, and maintain automated test suites via Selenium WebDriverCollaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers, and project managers to ensure high-quality software releasesAnalyze user requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedbackWrite clear and concise test cases and scriptsExecute, assess, and report test results for manual and automated test cases.Detect and analyze software flaws, and engage with developers to find solutions.Stay up-to-date with emerging testing tools, trends, and methodologies‍Requirements and SkillsStrong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Java, and other programming languagesKnowledge of automated testing tools like TestNG, JUnit, and CucumberFamiliarity of version control systems like GitUnderstanding of agile development techniques like Scrum and KanbanStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsCandidate Profile·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields·       4+ years of experience with proven expertise in leading QA efforts.·       Proficiency in Test Case Designing, Manual Testing, and Automation using Selenium Webdriver·       Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA & Confluence·       Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What we offer·       Attractive salary paid in overseas remittence ·       Flexible work model·       Work for direct USA clients ·       Clear career progression·       Exposure of latest technology stacks
