Senior Solution Architect

As a Senior Solution Architect, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business challenges. You'll design custom integrations that save our clients millions in processing costs while directly shaping the future of our product.Recent Impact: Our Deliveroo implementation across 11 countries provides 23x efficiency gains in invoice processing through integration with Coupa, while our order processing solution at Bosch decreases order errors rate, significantly cutting return costs.Your role:In this role, you'll show the best of your technical and business skills.Solution design and implementationUnderstand customer needs and design scalable solutions that integrate Rossum with customer systems.Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teamsPresent technical solutions to stakeholders from IT teams to C-level executivesIdentify potential security risks to both the solution and the overall delivery process.Partner enablementEnable implementation partners with technical knowledge and best practicesProduct influenceProvide product feedback based on real customer implementationsIdentify patterns in customer needs that inform product roadmap decisionsWhat you’ll work with:We integrate many technologies within our product, so familiarity or experience is a huge plus for you:Python (or any coding language)REST APIs (for integrating services)You should apply if:You love solving complex puzzles and can contextualize technical decisions by business impactYou have engineering background and looking to solve high-level design problems rather than low-level tasksYou are UX-sensitive, always considering how your design decisions will affect the end-user.You are familiar with the end-to-end development process, having participated in a dev process in some capacity (experience with JIRA is a plus).You thrive in in fast-paced environmentsYou communicate transparently and base your decisions on data while remaining open to good argumentsBonus points for:Experience with document processing, OCR, or AI/ML technologiesBackground in enterprise integrations or workflow automationFamiliarity with accounts payable, finance operations, or business process automationPrevious consulting or customer success experience in B2B SaaSWhat we offer:5 weeks of vacation5 sick daysExtra 2 weeks of paternity leaveStock options (ESOP) – share in Rossum’s long-term success.Budget for personal development, education, and language courses.High-end tech (MacBook, external monitor, keyboard of your choice)Team offsites, regular meetups, and a friendly, ambitious teamOther statutory benefits in RomaniaAbout Rossum:We're building a hyper-growth SaaS startup following Silicon Valley best practices, right here in Prague.
