This role covers the full solution engineering lifecycle - from pre-sales design and co-creating complex partner solutions to hands-on technical implementation and project leadership. You'll be central to that mission - owning critical engagements and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to precision, professionalism, and real business impact.If you're ready to make a significant impact at a scaling B2B Fintech and thrive in high-ownership environments, let's talk.What You'll Do:Pre-Sales & Solution DesignPartner with our VP of Partnerships to understand technical requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycleLead product demonstrations and technical workshops that showcase how Justt solves real partner challengesDesign and present tailored solutions that address specific partner objectives and use casesImplementation & OnboardingOwn the technical implementation of Justt's platform for new partners and enterprise clientsEnsure smooth integrations with existing systems and infrastructureDeliver training and ongoing support to help partners maximize the value of our solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during onboarding and beyondCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to deliver exceptional partner experiencesCreate technical documentation, integration guides, and enablement materialsDevelop scopes of work and manage their execution from kickoff to completionRequirements :Proven experience - 5+ years in B2B enterprise solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical implementation, with a track record of driving successful client outcomesTechnical expertise - Strong understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolutionIntegration capabilities - Hands-on experience with APIs, data mapping, and system integrationsIndustry knowledge - Domain expertise in Fintech, Payments, or Fraud preventionLanguage proficiency - Native English speaker; additional languages are an advantageStrategic problem-solving - Ability to analyze complex client challenges and develop effective, scalable solutionsCommunication - Skilled at presenting technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders at all levelsAdaptability - Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environmentCollaborative mindset - Strong team player who values transparency, direct communication, and building trusted client relationships
