Among its strategic focus areas, offshore wind power is projected to experience rapid growth in the coming years. To realize true value for our customers in this space, YOKOGAWA is seeking a seasoned consultant with deep expertise in wind turbine technologies and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage extensive experience in the wind turbine business to support new project development, including both onshore and offshore wind power initiativesActively participate from the early proposal and planning stages through to contract acquisitionAfter system implementation, propose enhancements for operational efficiency, profitability improvement, and predictive maintenanceProvide education and knowledge transfer to internal sales, engineering, and service teamsContribute to talent development and mentor junior team membersRequired Knowledge, Skills, And ExperiencePractical experience in wind turbine engineering and maintenance, ideally across both onshore and offshore applicationsProven track record of directly proposing solutions to wind power operatorsEnglish proficiency is preferred but not mandatoryPreferred AttributesStrong client-facing communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business discussionsStrategic mindset for maximizing performance and value in renewable energy projectsPassion for sustainability and contribution to energy transition initiatives<仕事内容>長年培った風車ビジネスでの経験を活かしていただき、陸上風力のみならず、洋上風力における新規案件において、その提案構想段階から受注に向け積極的に参加していただくと共に、システム稼働後、収益向上・トラブル予知などの各種改善提案を実施していただきます。l 新期案件への営業支援活動l 受注、システム稼働後のサービス提案l 営業部隊・エンジニアリング部隊・サービス部隊への教育l 後継者育成<活かせる知識・技術・経験>・風車全般のエンジニアリング・メンテナンス経験・風力発電事業者に、直接、各種提案実績・英語力があれば、尚可Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
