Job Title:Senior Specialist, Direct Category Management シニアスペシャリスト（ダイレクト調達カテゴリーマネジメント、日本勤務）Job Description:The Global Supply Chain Direct Spend Category Management team at Entegris is an integral function charged with enabling Entegris’ global supplier category plans and business growth objectives, while satisfying some of the world’s largest and most demanding semiconductor customers.We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Specialist for Direct Category Management based in Japan to join our team. In this global role, you will report directly to the Snr Manager, Japan Direct Procurement, and your primary responsibilities are as following;Responsibilities:Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers while also developing new suppliers and selecting the optimal ones. Negotiate and finalize contracts such as NDAs, supply agreements, and inventory contracts.Participate in specification discussions with suppliers, optimizing capacity, lead time, and pricing.Handle negotiations to shorten lead times and reduce costs.Conduct supplier audits together with the Supplier Quality team, including factory visits for operational audits.Respond to various inquiries from internal departments (procurement, development, and sales).Operate in line with globally determined KPIs.Requirements:Experience in supplier management related to chemicals or plastic molding (preferred).Hands-on experience managing suppliers directly from start to finish in alignment with the responsibilities listed.Experience in data management and tracking.Ability to travel domestically and internationally.Team Structure:Sr. Manager + 2 team members in Japan.Salary Range:Competitive salary with performance bonus, various benefitsInterview Process:First interview (online) – Hiring Manager + Team Member. Second interview (online) – Head of Supply Chain Management (SCM).Entegrisのグローバルサプライチェーン・ダイレクト調達カテゴリーマネジメントチームは、同社のグローバルなサプライヤーカテゴリー計画と事業成長目標を推進しながら、世界最大級かつ最も要求の厳しい半導体顧客のニーズに対応する重要な機能を担っています。現在、日本でのダイレクトカテゴリーマネジメントを担当するシニアスペシャリストを募集しています。本グローバルポジションでは、日本のダイレクト調達カテゴリーマネジメント担当シニアマネージャーに直接レポートし、以下の主な業務を担当します。このポジションが担当すること：現サプライヤーと良好な関係を継続するとともに、新規サプライヤーを開拓し、最適なサプライヤーを選定する。NDA、Supply agreement、Inventory contract等の契約の交渉締結する。サプライヤーとの仕様打ち合わせに参加し、キャパシティ、納期、価格の最適化をめざす。納期短縮や、価格低減交渉の対応する。サプライヤー監査をサプライヤークオリティのメンバーとともに行い、工場訪問してオペレーション側の監査を行う。社内部門（購買、開発、営業部門）からの幅広い問い合わせに応じていく。Globalで決められたKPIに沿って、対応する。要望：ケミカル関係かプラスチック成型のサプライヤー管理を経験した方（優遇）上記仕事内容を経験されたことがあり、最初から最後までサプライヤーを直接管理した経験がある。データ管理、トラッキング等の経験国内、海外出張対応できること
