As Senior Staff Engineer Quality Management, you are responsible to drive continues Quality Improvement activities, and Lead Assembly End of Line (EOL), and MSP Quality Enginering team.Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role:Drive Quality Improvement Program, ensure deviation, risk and change-management are controlled and problem solving are in placeDrive Quality System Audit with zero non conformity finding on Compliance Audit, IATF Audit, and Customer AuditDrive on Deviation Management System to meet company targets, and ensures capability and stability of production (e.g. SPC) and manages corrective and preventive measuresImplements processes, controls plans, and methodsEnsures compliance with standards and documents results.Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed:A Bachelor degree in Science or Mechanical / Electronics EngineeringMinimum 3 years experience in Quality Engineering or a related fieldExperience in Semiconductor or PCBA manufacturing is prefferedUnderstanding of business principles and industry-specific quality standardsExcellent in Leadership, Communication, and Collaboration skillsFamiliar with ISO/IATF audit systemsFamiliar with FMEA, FTA, 8D, Fishbone, 3x5 Why analysis, CP, T6S#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
