Working cross-functionally with leaders across technology, operations, investment, and client-facing teams, this group turns strategy into execution and delivers measurable business outcomes.The projects range from process redesign and operating model transformation to implementing new technology and data-driven change — all with strong sponsorship from the executive leadership team.The RoleAs a Transformation Lead / Senior Transformation Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the firm’s most critical initiatives.You’ll:Lead complex, cross-functional programs that improve efficiency, scalability, and client experience.Translate strategy into actionable plans — from design through delivery.Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to define priorities, structure workstreams, and drive progress.Oversee end-to-end project delivery including gap analysis, future state design, execution, and adoption.Champion change — building engagement, alignment, and accountability across teams.Influence decision-making at leadership level, creating clear and compelling updates for executives and committees.What You’ll Bring7–15+ years’ experience in transformation, change delivery, process improvement, or program management.Proven track record leading large-scale initiatives across people, process, data, and technology.Strong process mindset with the ability to convert business challenges into practical solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to engage confidently at senior levels.Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, PMI, Agile, or ADKAR methodologies (certifications a plus).Background in financial services, consulting, or large-scale business transformation.Why ApplyThis is an opportunity to join a global firm that genuinely invests in transformation — where change is seen as opportunity, not disruption. The position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and firm performance, along with a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, retirement, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.
