This is a senior and visible role, partnering closely with our Chief of Staff and senior operational leaders to shape and deliver the logistics strategy across a 16,000-strong colleague network.You’ll lead the development and deployment of our operations strategy, ensuring it’s aligned with business objectives and designed to drive performance across a fast-paced, complex logistics network. You’ll manage key governance processes, performance reporting, and provide data-driven insights that enable informed decisions at the highest level.This is an opportunity to hit the ground running, bring sharp analytical and communication skills, and make a measurable impact on how we operate and grow.─────────────── What you’ll be doing:Leading and shaping our Operations Strategy, ensuring it aligns with business priorities and delivers measurable outcomes.Acting as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, supporting decision-making through robust insights and reporting.Managing performance governance processes, delivering high-quality reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.Collaborating with analytics, planning, and finance teams to translate complex data into actionable insight.Supporting the continuous improvement of operational performance through clear metrics and cross-functional alignment.─────────────── About you:You have a track record of turning insight into action — delivering clear, data-led recommendations that influence senior stakeholders.You’re confident writing and presenting compelling reports that tell the story behind the numbers.You have excellent attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.You’re commercially minded, collaborative, and driven by impact.Experience in logistics, operations, or e-commerce environments is advantageous but not essential — we hire on potential and mindset as much as experience.─────────────── What to expect from the process:You’ll meet with key stakeholders across the business, giving you a clear sense of our culture and priorities.
