Senior Supply Chain Contracts Coordinator

Job PurposeThe Senior Supply Chain Contracts Coordinator supports the Supply Chain team through the execution of procurement and contract management functions that align with strategic sourcing objectives. This role ensures supplier contracts and agreements are maintained and renewed to achieve the best overall value for cost, quality, and service. The position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external services providers and suppliers to optimize procurement decisions, improve operational efficiencies and maintain compliance with established policies and performance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafts, reviews, negotiates, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of internal business-to-business agreements.Manages the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions and renewals of goods and services suppliersWorks with internal and client stakeholders to support supplier needs and ensure compliance with of processes and policies Interacts with suppliers for business needs and service oversight as applicablePartners with Finance team to ensure accurate supplier registration and vendor additions, timely payments and adherence to contractual obligations.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExperience of evaluating supplier options and supplier selection processesContract knowledge and executionSupplier managementStakeholder alignmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilitiesMinimum Education RequiredBachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain or related field)Minimum Experience Required3-7 yearsADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)Supply Chain/Procurement experienceHealthcare experienceContract management experienceFamily Makes Us Stronger.
