With a strong focus on operational excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, the company fosters a high-performance culture that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and talent development.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Leadership & Strategic AlignmentLead the implementation of regional supply planning programs to enhance cost efficiency and service quality.Contribute to the development of the site's supply chain strategy and provide planning insights to regional operations.Oversee local execution of supply planning strategies, including capacity modeling and leveling. Operational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementEnsure supply planning operations meet or exceed safety, service, quality, and cost targets.Drive initiatives to improve service levels and cost performance.Lead change management efforts related to supply chain development and continuous improvement.Monitor service levels and lead actions related to the country's S&OP processes.Analyze market trends and cost/service evolution to support planning decisions. People Development & CultureBuild and sustain a high-performance culture within the Vietnam supply chain team.Implement training programs to enhance planning capabilities.Identify and develop high-potential talent, fostering career growth and team engagement.Promote collaboration, agility, and a culture of accountability.
