Position Summary We are looking for a skilled Senior System Administrator (3+ years) to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring system stability, security, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. Infrastructure and AdministrationOn-Premises & Cloud Management: Design, deploy, configure, and manage both on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments.Virtualization: Manage and maintain the virtualization platform, specifically expertise with VMware.Networking: Configure and maintain network devices, including routing, switching, and firewall policies, with specific experience in MikroTik and FortiGate.Operating Systems: Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and other core Microsoft services.Database Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database systems, including MS SQL and Oracle.Cloud Services: Manage and optimize cloud resources and services, particularly within Amazon Web Services (AWS).Security: Implement and monitor security best practices, access control, and data protection strategies across the entire infrastructure.2. Employee Support and Operations·      Provide technical support and assistance to company employees when needed.·      Serve as an escalation point for complex infrastructure and connectivity issues.·     Create and maintain detailed system documentation and troubleshooting guides.·      Lead and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvement projectsRequired Skills & Experience3+ years in System Administration or similar role.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server, VMware, MikroTik, FortiGate, MS SQL, Oracle, and AWS.Experience in security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.QualificationsBachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead technical projects.
