We Are Hiring: Senior System Administrator Position Overview:We are looking for a talented Senior System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing data center infrastructure, Microsoft environments, and cloud services. You will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:1. Datacenter Infrastructure ManagementDesign, deploy, and maintain datacenter technologies, including networking, storage, computing, and virtualization.Ensure optimal performance and availability of virtual environments using VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.Implement and manage high-availability server farms and disaster recovery solutions.2. Microsoft Infrastructure AdministrationAdminister and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and related services (DNS, DHCP, WSUS, NTP, File Services).Manage Group Policies to enforce security and configuration standards across the enterprise.Perform server configuration, hardening, patching, and upgrades.3. Virtualization and Cloud ServicesManage and optimize VMware vSphere environments, including resource allocation, VM provisioning, and performance tuning.Support and maintain Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange Online and Azure Active Directory.Administer Citrix environments, including NetScaler and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).4. Endpoint and Software DeploymentUtilize SCCM for operating system deployment (OSD), software updates (SUP), and device management.Configure and maintain SCCM roles such as FSP, MP, DP to ensure seamless deployment and compliance.5. Troubleshooting and SupportProvide advanced troubleshooting for software, hardware, and infrastructure issues.Deliver customer-facing support and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement long-term solutions.6. Security and ComplianceImplement security best practices across infrastructure components.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.7. Certification and Continuous ImprovementMaintain up-to-date certifications in VMware and Microsoft technologies.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.8. Nutanix Platform ManagementAdminister and support Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure.Monitor and optimize Nutanix clusters for performance and scalability.Integrate Nutanix solutions with existing datacenter operations.Technical Skills:At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.In-depth understanding of datacenter technologies, including networking, storage, computing, and virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V).Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, NTP, and File Services.Excellent experience with VMware vSphere.Good knowledge of SCCM and deployment for OSD, SUP, FSP, MP, DP, and device management.Implementation and maintenance of high-availability server farms based on VMware virtualization.Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 services.Experience with Citrix environments (NetScaler and CVAD).Proven troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues.Customer-facing support and preventive maintenance experience.VMware and Microsoft certifications preferred.Knowledge of Nutanix required.Education:BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
