As a profit-driven company, CoreX intends to focus on its future growth, utilizing its deep experience and extensive business know-how.We are looking for a Senior System Specialist to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as a System Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projectsKnowledge of all roles and features (AD, IIS, DHCP, DNS, NPS, CA, ADFS etc.) in Windows Server/ Linux Servers systemsDeploying applications required by business units (Application Patching & Deployment & Publishing Services) and regularly applying security patches.?Managing internal or external IIS and web-based application services, File Server Services, and Access Planning Authorization Services.?Management of Email Services (365), Email Security Services, and Messaging Services (Teams).?Management of Cloud Infrastructure Systems (Azure, AWS) and Domain and SSL Services.?System Monitoring and Surveillance Services with Preventive Maintenance Services, providing reporting by following system installation plans in line with technological developments.??Ensuring the control of servers belonging to critical business applications and intervening when necessary.Experienced in Cyber Security components and problem- solving.SharePoint Online, Azure, AWS,etc.Experienced Active Directory Domain and Exchange Server Migrations, Multisite and Complex AD organization management experienceKnowledge of Client and Server management/Deployment toolsBackup Multisite backup and managements.Experienced in physical and virtual servers and proficient in their technologies (Vmware and etc.)Proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting enterprise-level systems, such as operating systems, databases, and middlewareStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishOpen to travelRequirements:Ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of complex IT systemsDesign and implement system architectures, configurations, and integrations according to requirements and industry best practicesOversee system installations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiencyTroubleshoot complex technical issues related to system performance, security, and integrationConduct system performance monitoring and analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and vulnerabilitiesProvide technical support to domestic and international subsidiaries of the GroupCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions that align with the GroupProvide technical guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional developmentStay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
