The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent and managing the end-to-end selection process for various positions within the company.We are looking for a talented, well-organized and highly proactive Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll have the opportunity to drive our growth and contribute significantly to our success.What You'll Be DoingManage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet high-volume hiring needs across multiple tech domains.Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.Search various channels to reach potential candidates and build talent pipelines while understanding the hiring needs and position requirements.Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring teams.Recommend new ideas and strategies to build high-quality talent pipelinesEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from the initial reach out and along their interview process.Qualifications:At least 6 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a Global Startup company.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong understanding of the full recruitment process and best practices in talent acquisition.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with people at all levels.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and EnglishPeople and teamwork oriented, with the ability to share knowledge and insights with recruiters and hiring managersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving towards recruitment goals and objectives.Experience in working with Greenhouse - advantage
