If you have a proven track record in recruiting top talent across blue-collar and white-collar roles within the construction industry, particularly across the GCC and MENA regions, we’d love to hear from you.This is a great opportunity to work for a leading holding group with a strong regional presence and be a key player in building high-performing teams across the Middle East.What You’ll Be Doing:✅ Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles in the GCC & MENA construction markets✅ Partner with recruitment agencies to streamline and enhance talent sourcing✅ Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates✅ Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, and offer stages✅ Build long-term talent pools to support current and future hiring needs✅ Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process✅ Stay on top of recruitment trends, tools, and best practices✅ Source niche profiles (e.g., project directors, structural engineers) via Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mappingWhat We’re Looking For:🔹 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in the construction industry🔹 Strong experience recruiting across GCC and MENA markets🔹 Previous collaboration with recruitment agencies is a strong plus🔹 Skilled in modern recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills🔹 Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting🔹 Fluent in English🔹 Proficient in MS Office; Power BI is a plus
