You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, drive recruitment strategies, and be a trusted advisor in all things talent.Why this role?Play a pivotal role in scaling our global teams while fuelling Docebo’s growthPartner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Operations, and more—making a real impact on business outcomesJoin a global People team, collaborating closely across regionsBe part of a company in hyper-growth—new teams, new challenges, and plenty of opportunities to leave your markWhat You’ll Do:Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stagePartner with hiring managers and executives to design effective hiring strategies and deliver talent solutions aligned to business goalsBuild and nurture strong pipelines of diverse, high-quality candidates using innovative sourcing techniquesAct as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on market trends, competitor intel, and best practicesDeliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Docebo’s culture and valuesLead efforts to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiativesTrack and analyze key recruiting metrics to drive data-informed decisionsMentor and support junior recruiters within the team, sharing expertise and fostering growthWhat You Bring:6+ years of in-house, high-volume Talent Acquisition experience (prior agency experience is advantageous)Previous experience in SaaS/Tech organizationsProven success in scaling organizations and partnering with senior stakeholdersA strong background in GTM and Technical recruiting with the ability to pivot across other functionsDeep sourcing expertise across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, niche communities)Solid knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment metricsA consultative approach, with the ability to influence and coach hiring managers at all levelsStrong project management and organizational skills—you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentA passion for people, problem-solving, and delivering measurable impactFun, Passion & Energy → You bring enthusiasm, fun positivity and drive to every interaction, inspiring others and creating contagious momentumGrit & Resilience → You’re deeply committed to working through challenges, you adapt quickly with an agile, growth mindset and you’re constantly asking yourself, “How can I keep moving forward to keep growing and learning”.
