We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who blends deep sourcing craft with analytics driving pipeline velocity, reducing time-to-hire, and improving quality-of-hire across UAE/GCC.Own end-to-end hiring for priority roles across Development, Design, Construction/PMO, Corporate, and MD Office.Act as a strategic partner to business leaders define workforce needs, hiring plans, and assessment strategies.Build high-performing funnels: market mapping, headhunting, referrals, and agency management (when needed).Elevate candidate experience: structured interviews, case tasks, scorecards, and clear communication.Create data-driven hiring dashboards and weekly reports (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline health).Lead employer-branding pushes: role pages, LinkedIn campaigns, talent communities, events.Maintain a curated bench for niche roles (palace/mansion design, island projects, project controls, etc.).Ensure compliance across UAE/GCC hiring practices and coordinate offers through to onboarding.Experience & Skills6–9 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in in-house TA for real estate development / construction / luxury design or top search firms serving those sectors.Proven success hiring mid-to-senior roles in the GCC; comfort engaging C-suite/MD Office stakeholders.Strong sourcing toolkit (Boolean/X-ray, talent mapping, referrals, communities) and ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter mastery.Assessment design chops scorecards, case tasks, structured interviewing.Analytical mindset (reporting, pipeline metrics, SLA adherence) and crisp stakeholder communication.Bias for speed and quality; discretion with sensitive mandates.Exposure to HR tech stacks (Workday/SuccessFactors/Greenhouse) and Power BI or similar for reporting.If you have what it takes to turn bold vision into talent reality and shape the future of luxury living, please click Apply and be part of Amali’s journey toward creating extraordinary spaces.
