Mavens serves clients throughout the Middle East.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mavens Consulting. Located in Cairo, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting processes, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to employer branding and hiring. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing effective hiring strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.QualificationsFull-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills (Start-to-End)Fluency in English Experience in Hiring and InterviewingExperience in Mass & Non-Mass hiringExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the consulting, outsourcing or BPOs industries is a plus
