At ServiceNow, our Talent Sourcing team is made up of world-class researchers, functional and technical sourcers, and executive sourcers whose mission is simple: find and engage exceptional individuals who don’t yet know they want to work here.We are currently hiring a Senior Sourcer to support our technical leadership teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly strategic search work, enjoys navigating complex talent landscapes, and excels at building relationships with senior-level leaders.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will be successful when you:Partner & StrategizePartner closely with Senior Executive Recruiters to create strategic, innovative approaches for identifying top leadership talent.Leverage a multi-channel sourcing strategy to attract, engage, and nurture executive-level candidates.Build Talent Pipelines & RelationshipsDevelop, sustain, and activate high-value talent networks for both current and future executive roles.Conduct thoughtful discovery and screening conversations to generate candidate interest and tell the ServiceNow story with impact.Map & Analyze Talent MarketsDefine and implement talent search strategies by mapping target companies, functions, and leadership org structures.Monitor competitor activity, market movements, and external trends to provide intelligence that shapes search strategy and influences hiring leaders.Deliver Diverse PipelinesDeliver qualified, diverse candidate slates for active searches.Build trusted partnerships with diverse leadership communities, organizations, and networks to expand access to underrepresented talent.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.5+ years of experience in technical sourcing, or leadership sourcing—either in-house or at a retained search firm.Proven success identifying and engaging various levels of talent across complex global organizations.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; ability to nurture long-term candidate relationships.Demonstrated ability to gather, curate, and present talent and market insights to influence executives and drive search strategy.Deep understanding of creative sourcing methodologies, including advanced Boolean search, semantic search, and information discovery techniques using both paid and free resources.JV20For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $102,600 - $169,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
