Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Team Lead located in New Cairo. The Senior Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring project deadlines are met. Additionally, the Senior Team Lead will facilitate effective communication between team members, manage client relationships, and support sales efforts. The role requires the candidate to mentor new team members, coordinate training sessions, and maintain high performance standards by regularly evaluating team metrics.
