Job Description

As a Media Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing media strategies across in-app and out-app platforms, ensuring campaigns are effective, data-driven, and aligned with business goals. You will manage campaign execution, elevate media practices, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marcom, and Growth teams to drive user engagement and business performance.What will you do:Drive business outcomes through media strategyTranslate product and growth objectives into actionable media initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and retention.Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, DA, Growth) to integrate media into the full user journey and lifecycle strategy.Lead media planning for marketing campaignsPartner with Marcom and BU teams to co-develop campaign strategies across always-on and strategic projects.Ensure media execution aligns with communication priorities and product positioning across audience segments.Execute and optimize performance across platformsOversee end-to-end execution of in-app and paid media campaigns, including audience targeting, approach strategy, and channel mix.Continuously improve performance through testing (A/B, multivariate), funnel analysis, and cost efficiency tracking (CPM, CPC, CPA).Analyze platform-level trends to refine in-app inventory usage and contribute to bidding logic and segmentation models.Elevate media capabilities and team performanceDevelop internal playbooks and best practices through post-campaign reviews and experimentation.Mentor and upskill team members, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and data-driven thinking.What will you need:Strong experience in media planning, in-app communication, or performance marketing, ideally within Fintech, E-commerce, or Tech environments.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret user behavior, campaign performance, and drive optimization strategies.Hands-on experience with digital paid media platforms (Facebook Ads, Google UAC, TikTok Ads) and mobile app attribution tools.Knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign performance evaluation.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Growth mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
