Technology Delivery Manager - CMS & Digital Channels - experience with Cash Management solutions and Digital banking is neededAVP levelLocation: DublinContract Type: 6+ months ContractAdecco is proud to partner with a leading Financial Services organisation to recruit Technology Delivery Managers for strategic programmes in Cash Management Solutions (CMS) and Digital Channels.This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team driving transformation across corporate banking platforms, including deposits, liquidity, reporting, and client-facing digital channels. You'll lead cross-functional delivery teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme & Delivery ManagementOwn the delivery roadmap for CMS products and digital platformsLead end-to-end delivery lifecycle: planning, design, development, deployment, and post-launch supportEnsure timely, high-quality execution across multiple workstreamsStakeholder EngagementCollaborate with Global Transaction Banking, Compliance, and Technology teamsManage vendor relationships and coordinate external integrationsAlign delivery outcomes with strategic business objectivesTechnical OversightEnsure solutions meet regulatory standards (e.g., PSD2, SWIFT, AML/KYC)Oversee integration with core banking systems, ERP platforms, and digital channelsSupport platform scalability, security, and performanceAgile & Governance LeadershipDrive agile delivery practices including backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and retrospectivesEnsure governance, risk, and audit requirements are met across delivery processesTeam Development & GrowthMentor delivery leads and analystsFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvementSkills & ExperienceRequired:Extensive experience in technology delivery or programme management in Banking or Financial ServicesStrong understanding of Digital Banking technologies, APIs, and integration patternsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferred:Experience with Corporate Banking platforms and CMS toolsFamiliarity with ISO 20022, SWIFT messaging, Open Banking APIsKnowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and digital identity frameworksAgile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) or PMP certificationPersonal AttributesStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused with a passion for impactful digital experiencesCollaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environmentsDetail-oriented, responsive, and self-drivenInclusive mindset with a commitment to diverse perspectives and equitable leadershipApply Today!Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
