You'll help fulfil our clients' integrations, feature development and other technical development requirements for our SaaS implementations & solutions across the region.Your days will involve:Attending & driving customer workshops or requirements gathering sessions, documenting requirements & creating technical specificationsDeveloping custom features, integrations or configurations using .NET/C#/AzureCollaborating with our Software Development team on the above & maintaining code standardsTesting your work thoroughly and documenting the resultsCollaborating with the Customer Success team on implementations projects and owning your deliveryAt times, competing Power Platform work (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Keeping constant communication ongoing with stakeholders to ensure clients stay informed.You'll thrive in this role if you:Have experience being client facing in a technical role previously, specifically with requirements gathering experienceHave experience working in both Waterfall & Agile MethodologiesHave in depth knowledge of the .NET Framework, .NET 6+, and at least one of the .NET languages (preferably C#)Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft AzureHave a thorough understanding of the software development life cycleAre known for your ability to learn quickly, hit the ground running and perform independentlyDemonstrate ownership and accountability for your work, being proactive, communicative and focused on time-based project deliveryBonus points if you:Have knowledge of the aged or disability care sectorHave previous experience with AlayaCare, Procura, disability software or similar productsWe believe great work should be rewarded.
