Here, you’ll be part of a company that values and champions new ways of thinking, work with dynamic individuals, and acquire new skills and experiences that will propel your career to new heights.Making animals’ lives better makes life better – join our team today!Your Role: Senior Technical Consultant-Pet Health小動物学術担当（テクニカルコンサルタント、以下CAB TC）として、顧客並びに社内関係部署への学術情報の提供を行い、顧客満足度を高めることを職責とする。Your Responsibilities:営業担当者への学術トレーニング、フィールド活動による営業活動支援カスタマーサービスの問い合わせ対応へのメールや電話対応の支援顧客（獣医師、卸店担当）に対する学術情報提供や製品セミナー等の実施顧客（獣医師、ペットオーナー、卸店担当）からの学術的問合せへの2次対応主要オピニオンリーダー（以下KOL）を活用した学術情報交換や情報発信、学会活動や論文・雑誌執筆等を通じた自社製品の認知拡大販促資材作製協力、販促プラン立案などのマーケティング活動支援開発薬事部門への学術情報提供による開発薬事業務支援What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):獣医師免許小動物臨床経験に基づく動物疾病、栄養学等に関する豊富な知識製品の薬理作用や有害事象に関する知識What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):社外顧客（獣医師、ペットオーナー、卸店担当）並びに社内顧客（営業、マーケティング、開発薬事）に対する優れたコミュニケーション能力KOLとの人脈とコミュニケーション能力海外TC担当者とE-mail等で情報交換やコミュニケーションができる英語力英論文の読解力顧客対応に必要な書類作成能力、社内各種手続きを実施する事務処理能力小動物臨床での3年以上の経験、疼痛管理・皮膚科治療関連の深い知識があればなお可同業界での２～３年以上の経験、疼痛管理・皮膚科治療関連製品の経験があればなお可Additional Information:Travel: 60%Location: Tokyo, JapanDon’t meet every single requirement?
