Senior Technical Engineer

Role PurposeOversee the design, development, and execution of electrical systems for various projects. This role involves leading a team of electrical designers and engineers, ensuring that designs meet technical specifications and regulatory standards while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Key Accountabilities Create and develop electrical designs, schematics, and layouts using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Oversee the design, analysis, and optimization of electrical power systems, including power generation, transmission, distribution, and utilization. Ensure that all electrical power systems designs meet safety regulations and environmental standards, including performing necessary safety audits and inspections. Review and approve electrical design documentation, including schematics, layouts, and specifications. Prepare and present design proposals and progress reports to clients and management Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical power systems for various projects, including power generation, transmission, distribution, and substation systems. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Deep knowledge of Medium Voltage Transformers, Generators, UPS Systems, and Low Voltage Systems (design and shop drawings).distribution systems Proficiency in power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP and electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers. Previous experience working on infrastructure & building projects Fluency in English Good Communication Skills A good knowledge of light current systems. Experience in Mega Projects (Healthcare, administration, Hospitality, etc..) Buildings - Infrastructure
