Sysco LABS’ enterprise technology is present in the end-to-end foodservice journey, enabling the sourcing of food products, merchandising, storage and warehouse operations, order placement and pricing algorithms, the delivery of food and supplies to Sysco’s global network and the in-restaurant dining experience of the end-customer.The OpportunityThe Senior Technical Lead - Identity Lifecycle Management will serve as a key technical contributor in the design, customization, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) hosted in AWS. This role focuses on building and enhancing identity lifecycle processes, developing custom integrations, and supporting complex IAM initiatives across platforms such as Workday, Azure Active Directory, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who thrives in highly customized environments, is self-motivated, and has a strong sense of ownership to deliver solutions through to completion. This is an individual contributor role.This role leads a technical IAM development team while also contributing hands-on. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required for production releases or critical issue resolution. This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka, aligning with the local job requirement guidelines (Primary shift: [7:30 PM-3:30 AM SLST, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CDT] with flexibility). Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. Our team has occasional on-call support.Responsibilities:SailPoint IIQ Customization & Development: Designing and implementing custom rules, workflows, policies, and connectors in SailPoint IIQ tailored to business needsIntegration & API Development: Developing and maintaining integrations with enterprise applications and systems (Workday, Azure AD, Salesforce, etc.), leveraging APIs and custom connectorsSolution Delivery & Issue Resolution: Owning assigned IAM development tasks, ensuring timely delivery and driving issues through to resolution with high qualityTechnology Advancement & Research: Staying updated with IAM industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices; recommend enhancements to improve system performance and efficiencyCompliance & Governance Support: Ensuring IAM solutions meet compliance standards (e.g., SOX) and providing support during audits or evidence requestsRequirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experienceAdvanced degree or IAM-related certifications8+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) development experience with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQDemonstrated experience with custom SailPoint IIQ implementations, workflows, and lifecycle managementStrong background in building and maintaining integrations using APIsExperience in AWS-hosted environments is preferredSailPoint IdentityIQ certificationFamiliarity with additional IAM tools (Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk)Experience with Agile/DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesAdvanced knowledge of SailPoint IIQ (rules, workflows, certifications, connectors, policies)Strong programming and scripting skills (Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, APIs)Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive solutions to completionStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and business teamsBenefits:US dollar-linked compensationPerformance-based annual bonusPerformance rewards and recognitionAgile Benefits - special allowances for Health, Wellness & Academic purposesEntertainment allowanceTeam engagement allowanceComprehensive Health & Life Insurance Cover - extendable to parents and in-lawsOverseas travel opportunities and exposure to client environmentsHybrid work arrangementSysco LABS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
