Sysco LABS’ enterprise technology is present in the end-to-end foodservice journey, enabling the sourcing of food products, merchandising, storage and warehouse operations, order placement and pricing algorithms, the delivery of food and supplies to Sysco’s global network and the in-restaurant dining experience of the end-customer.The OpportunityThe Senior Technical Lead - Identity Lifecycle Management will serve as a key technical contributor in the design, customization, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) hosted in AWS. This role focuses on building and enhancing identity lifecycle processes, developing custom integrations, and supporting complex IAM initiatives across platforms such as Workday, Azure Active Directory, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who thrives in highly customized environments, is self-motivated, and has a strong sense of ownership to deliver solutions through to completion. This is an individual contributor role.This role leads a technical IAM development team while also contributing hands-on. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required for production releases or critical issue resolution. This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka, aligning with the local job requirement guidelines (Primary shift: [7:30 PM-3:30 AM SLST, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CDT] with flexibility). Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing.
