Senior Technical Product Manager

Workplace: On-site work at MuğlaPosition Overview:As a Sr. Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of products, managing complex technical projects and ensuring alignment between stakeholders, development teams, and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business leaders, to translate product requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with the highest quality.You should possess a strong technical background, with deep knowledge of technical project management processes, and be able to navigate complex product requirements with ease. Your expertise in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and related tools will be vital in driving the success of our product development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:● Product Vision & Strategy: Work with stakeholders to define and execute product strategies, driving alignment on vision, goals, and scope for new and ongoing product initiatives.● Requirements Gathering: Lead the development and documentation of Product Requirements Documents (PRD), ensuring that all requirements are well-understood and clearly articulated.● Technical Leadership: Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring technical feasibility while aligning business goals with product solutions.● Backlog Management: Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the development team has well-defined, actionable tasks.● Project Management: Lead the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, execution, and post-launch support. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.● Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, UX/UI, and Business Teams to translate customer needs and business goals into actionable technical requirements.● Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and concise documentation of product roadmaps, sprint backlogs, technical specifications, and product features. Regularly communicate progress and project health to stakeholders.● Quality Assurance: Oversee the development process to ensure high-quality outputs, and conduct thorough testing and validation of products.Qualifications:● Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management or technical product ownership.● Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical project management methodologies. Familiarity with system architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.● Tools Proficiency: In-depth experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and other product management tools.● PRD Creation: Proven experience in developing Product Requirements Documents (PRD) and managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle.● Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.● Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.● Problem Solving: Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and propose solutions that balance technical feasibility with business requirements.● Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments, particularly Scrum, and knowledge of how to implement Agile best practices.Preferred Qualifications:● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Advanced certifications in Product Management or Project Management are a plus.● Experience: Experience in fuel or transportation ERP systems is preferred but not required.
