Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide post-installation technical support to clients.Follow up on client satisfaction and troubleshoot system malfunctions.Maintain accurate records of service visits and customer feedback.Conduct on-site commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and repair of UPS systems, VSDs, and Frequency Converters.Diagnose and resolve both hardware and software issues.Ensure all service tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.Prepare detailed service reports and document all interventions.Offer technical assistance remotely or on-site to clients and internal teams.Deliver product training and develop supporting documentation for clients and service personnel.Collaborate with R&D and product teams to support continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.3–5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly with:UPS systemsPower electronics and diagnosticsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical manuals.Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Willingness to travel locally for service visits.Residency in Cairo or Giza is required.
