BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, all-electric buses, and all-electric forklift trucks.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute European distributor courses in person and on-site coaching for distributors.Responsible for the process tracking and preparation of course materials.Responsible for post-training, course implementation and evaluation of trainees.Communicate with overseas technical engineers and collect technical cases to form documents.Course development and improvement.Assist in the development of training plans.Improve your skills knowledge according to the iteration and update of products and technologies.Support for skills competitions or other technical activities.Other work assigned by the leader.Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:Minimum 5 years of work experience with more than 3 years related experience.Enthusiasm of New Energy Vehicle and training work.Fluent English and Dutch.
