Job Title: Senior Techno-Functional ConsultantDepartment/sector: IT - ERPLocation: JeddahEducational Qualification: Bachelor of Computer Science any related IT fieldExperience Required:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Odoo as a techno-functional consultant.Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and CRMProficient in Python, Java, C++, PostgreSQL, with experience in Odoo development.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Able to effectively manage and communicate with a diverse and multicultural team. Commercial flair and ability to develop new businessStrong leadership, management and motivational abilitiesSkill Required:Project managementProgramming Languages KnowledgeTeam LeaderDuties & Responsibilities: Functional:Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Configure and customize standard Odoo modules to meet business needs.Provide functional support to users and train them on Odoo modules.Prepare documentation: user manuals, process workflows, and training materials.Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and gather feedback.Advise clients and stakeholders on best practices for using Odoo modules effectively.Prepare data mapping sheets and import templates.Cleanse and transform data for compatibility with Odoo.Execute test imports and validate data accuracy and completeness.Technical:Translate business requirements into technical specifications within the Odoo framework.Design and develop custom modules, features, and workflows using Python, XML, C++ and JavaScript.Customize and extend existing Odoo modules based on client needs.Integrate Odoo with third-party services and APIs when required.Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and QA to ensure the proper implementation of solutions.Perform unit and integration testing of developed features.Provide technical support, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve issues in existing modules.Participate in technical reviews, sprint planning, and code documentation.Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Odoo development.Any Other requirement:To enhance and fix the current issues in Odoo ERP development, Monitor and participate in configuration of module development for all operations sectors.
