Senior Testing Engineer

Responsibilities:Test Standardization: Develop product test procedures (Test SOP) to ensure standardized testing processes.Issue Resolution: Investigate test anomalies, propose solutions, and drive implementation.Process Optimization: Optimize production testing methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.Team Training: Conduct technical training, performance evaluation, and daily guidance for test operators.Compliance Support: Assist in customer audits and quality system assessments related to testing.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Communications, Automation, or related fields.5+ years of testing experience in power electronics, with 2+ years in test team management.Proficient in switch-mode power supply principles and at least 3 power test systems (e.g., Chroma, Keysight).Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
