Job Description
ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver training programs that enhance collection efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor agent performance post-training to ensure learning transfer and operational impact.Support recruitment assessments by evaluating collection skills and behavioral competencies.Develop structured training curricula (coaching, onboarding, refreshers, skill-upgrading, compliance).Build retention strategies through continuous development and engagement initiatives.Promote discipline, ethical practices, and positive work culture among collection teams.Act as a key partner to management in developing training strategies aligned with collection targets.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in collection training, performance coaching, or operations within the financial services/P2P lending/banking/fintech industry.Strong knowledge of collection strategies, negotiation techniques, and regulatory compliance (OJK/AFPI).Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in English speaking would be a plus.Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable training plans.Strong leadership and coaching mindset with the ability to motivate diverse teams.High adaptability, problem-solving skills, and result-oriented mindset.Willing to relocate in BSD, Tangerang.
