Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Training Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Training Specialist will design, implement, and facilitate training programs tailored to the needs of the organization. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, developing instructional materials, assessing employee development needs, and ensuring training supports organizational goals. The role will collaborate with teams to maintain high standards in customer service and operational performance. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer ServiceExperience in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional DesignProficient in designing and delivering effective training programsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related fieldAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environmentsExperience in the BPO or customer service industry is a plusFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
