Job Description

Role Overview:This is a senior, high impact consulting seat embedded inside the client’s People / Transformation office. You will partner with HR leadership and executive sponsors to convert strategic direction into executable workforce capability, driving competency frameworks, pilot academies, change adoption and evidence-based governance.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business evolution into workforce architecture and role/skill taxonomies.Co-design competency frameworks, learning pilots, and applied micro-academies.Lead diagnostics, baseline modelling and executive dashboards to measure capability uplift.Drive PMO discipline: milestone tracking, sponsor updates, and risk mitigation.Enable HR: transfer playbooks, governance routines and reward/recognition design.Candidate ProfilePrior consulting background at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY, Accenture or similar (Nigeria or global offices).4+ years in transformation, operating model, people & change, learning design or PMO.Experience with complex enterprise clients (infrastructure, telco, energy, FS or regulated sectors).Board/executive-facing communication skills; polished documentation and storytelling.Strong evidence-first mindset; hands-on with dashboards and metrics (PowerBI/Tableau experience advantageous).Nigeria based, remote first; able to work West Africa time zone with occasional in person workshops.
