The company aims to ensure an unforgettable journey that surpasses expectations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant based in Heliopolis. The Senior Travel Consultant will handle daily tasks such as travel consulting, travel management, making travel arrangements, customer service, and managing reservations. They will be responsible for ensuring clients have an exceptional travel experience from start to finish. Qualifications Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel ManagementSkills in making Travel Arrangements and managing ReservationsExcellent Customer Service skillsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of the travel industry and related software is a plusBachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
