Senior Treasury Officer

We have a great opportunity for a treasury professional experienced in sales or trading activity to join our client’s thriving corporate bank as a key member of the Treasury team.You’ll work in an international team, reporting to the Treasury Manager and Deputy, working together to manage cash, liquidity, and asset & liability management (ALM), supporting FX sales and loan financing activity. The client has a strong collegiate atmosphere, where your prior experience of corporate and institutional clients will be essential.In this role, you will: Assist in managing cash flow, perform funding, and manage and monitor liquidity ratios in accordance with limitsSupport ALM and hedging strategiesMonitor financial markets, placing liquidities in the money markets and investing in capital marketsContribute to the maintenance and improvement of processes, service quality, and product offeringWork on strategies for refinancingEnsure compliance with internal policiesMaintain excellent relationships with third partiesTo be considered for the role, you will have:About 5 years’ prior experience in financial markets (ideally sales and FX trading), with at least 1 of those years spent in LuxembourgDegree or Master’s in Finance, Banking or Business AdministrationKnowledge of Kondor+, Excel, POMS/AIM, Eikon, Bloomberg, etc.,Prior experience in a commercial bank dealing with corporate and institutional clients, being comfortable and confident in your interactions Being capable, autonomous, proactiveYou must have excellent English communication skillsCapable of performing well under pressureOur client cannot consider candidates without a valid right to work in Luxembourg.Apply now in English if you already work in Luxembourg and want to know more!
