About Tech Identity Passionate about people and technology, Tech Identity, founded in 2022, specializes in Technology and Information Systems, delivering tailored, cost-effective solutions.Role: Senior UI Designer (Figma + Design System) We are looking for a highly skilled UI Designer with deep expertise in Figma, component libraries, and design systems. You will create polished, accessible user interfaces and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver consistent, scalable experiences.What you will doOwn end-to-end UI delivery from wireframes to high-fidelity designs and developer-ready specs in Figma.Define and evolve design tokens, components, and documentation for a robust Design System.Partner with UX, Product, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, quality, and consistency across platforms.Advocate for accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) throughout design and review cycles.Run design reviews, iterate quickly on feedback, and maintain a high bar for craft and usability.What you bringStrong portfolio demonstrating UI craft, systems thinking, and shipped products.Expert knowledge of Figma (auto-layout, variables, component properties, libraries, prototyping).Proven experience building and maintaining Design Systems at scale.Solid understanding of UI patterns, visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive design.Working knowledge of accessibility best practices; experience designing to WCAG guidelines is highly valued.Excellent collaboration and communication in English.Self-critical mindset and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Nice to haveExperience with developer handoff (Figma dev mode, tokens) and documenting patterns/components.Familiarity with front-end constraints and workflows (CSS, design tokens, Storybook).What we offerHybrid setup: remote-first with one on-site visit per month in Lisbon.Long-term project with clear impact and room to grow your scope and responsibilities.Competitive compensation, supportive team culture, and opportunities to strengthen our Design System from the ground up.Modern tooling and autonomy to do your best work.
