Senior UI/UX Designer (Figma) – Full-Time | On-Site

We’re looking for a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to help us craft intuitive digital experiences. If you love turning ideas into beautifully designed user flows and interfaces, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal domain experts to gain product insights and transform them into intuitive user experiences.Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes, UI mockups, and clickable prototypes using Figma.Design clean, user-friendly interfaces for both mobile and web applications.Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system.Work alongside developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Iterate designs based on user feedback and internal reviews.Qualifications:2+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a focus on Figma.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking — wireframes, UI design, prototypes.Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.Experience designing mobile-first applications (bonus if you’ve worked in EdTech, SaaS, or AI).Ability to translate verbal ideas and insights into visual outputs efficiently.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Job Description:Position: UI/UX DesignerType: Full-TimeLocation: On-Site (Kathmandu Office)
