Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Wix Developer based in Kathmandu, with flexibility for some work from home. The Wix Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Wix-based websites. The role involves creating custom web applications, implementing design elements, and ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. Collaboration with designers, marketers, and other developers is an essential part of the role to deliver engaging and effective web solutions. The role also includes troubleshooting, optimizing website performance, and staying up-to-date with Wix platform updates and web design trends. Qualifications Proficiency in Wix platform development, custom website building, and templatesStrong skills in front-end web development, UI/UX design, and responsive website designKnowledge of web optimization techniques, SEO best practices, and website performance improvementAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and apply testing and debugging techniquesExperience with collaborative tools and effective team communicationStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking abilitiesFamiliarity with current web design trends and a proactive learning attitudeBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferredExperience with projects in a digital agency environment or freelance Wix development is a plus
