Senior UX Engineer / Associate UX Lead

Responsibilities:Design and optimize user interfaces for Analytic Dashboard applications and integrated solutions, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user-centered designs.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and workflows.Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to refine designs and improve application usability.Ensure consistent application of UI/UX best practices across all projects.Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the user experience.Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably working with Analytic Dashboards and data platforms.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or equivalent.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a mustStrong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design skills and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with designing solutions for applications integrated with third-party systems.Solid understanding of responsive design principles, usability and accessibility standards.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
