And we need talent like you to bring our vision to every food factory on earth.The challengeWith the growth of our product and tech team, we're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the evolution of our product experience.This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of design across the product, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals. You’ll help us move from functional to exceptional - transforming complex industrial workflows into intuitive, scalable interfaces that are loved by users.You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and implementation teams to ensure design is embedded into every step of our process, and you’ll help shape how we scale design in the years ahead.Key ResponsibilitiesIn your day-to-day, you’ll:- Lead end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery to delivery- Design and document flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate decisions- Translate complex industrial use cases into simple and effective user experiences- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure high-quality implementation- Mentor junior designers and help establish design best practices- Advocate for the user in product discussions and strategic decisionsMinimum requirementsWhat we’re looking forYou’re a systems thinker, a proactive collaborator, and someone who balances craft with pragmatism.
