Senior Valuations Surveyor

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, self-sufficient RICS-qualified Valuer to join our team and lead the growth of our valuation services in a developing market. The ideal candidate will be personable, entrepreneurial, and motivated by success, with the drive to build client relationships and generate new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Undertake property valuations in accordance with RICS standards.Develop and grow the firm’s valuation client base in a new and evolving market.Work independently and proactively to identify opportunities and win instructions.Support the wider team with selected property management assignments as needed.Deliver a high standard of professional advice and client service.Requirements:MRICS or FRICS qualification (Valuation pathway).Proven valuation experience across commercial and/or residential property.Strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen.Self-motivated, disciplined, and confident working with minimal supervision.Interest in business development and building a new revenue stream.Compensation: Highly competitive package with shared commission scheme offering substantial earning potential based on performance.
