About the Role:We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager with a strong focus on outbound hunting to lead and expand our business development efforts. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on chasing opportunities, converting prospects into long-term enterprise clients, and building a high-performance outbound sales team.The ideal candidate will have a proven background in real-money gaming, excellent enterprise sales acumen, and exceptional presentation skills.Key Responsibilities:-Drive new business acquisition through proactive outbound prospecting, hunting, and closing deals with enterprise clients.-Build and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.-Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and pitches to senior stakeholders and decision makers.-Develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise accounts, tailoring solutions to client needs.-Recruit, mentor, and manage a future outbound sales team to scale revenue growth.-Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.-Report on performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to senior management.Requirements:-Proven track record in outbound (“hunting”) enterprise sales — must.-Background in gaming- must!
