Senior WMS Consultant

We are now looking for a talented Senior Functional WMS Consultant to join our dynamic team and help shape innovative solutions that drive operational excellence for our clients.As a Senior Functional WMS Consultant within Infor Consulting Services, you will lead the design and implementation of Infor WMS solutions, translating complex business requirements into effective functional solutions. This role involves client-site engagement to ensure seamless adoption and optimal system performance. You will drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and improved collaboration, supporting clients’ business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, identify challenges, and recommend improvements in warehouse operations.Lead workshops with clients to demonstrate system capabilities, advise on processes, and promote adoption of industry best practices.Define end-to-end warehouses processes, solutions, and application configurations aligned with agreed business objectives.Perform implementation activities including training and workshops, process definition, testing, deployment and testing support, and documentation.Support the sales team with site discovery visits, presentations and workshops, effort estimates, and preparation/review of contractual documents.Coordinate with Technical Consultants and Project Managers to execute project activities and deliver high quality work.Develop detailed functional specifications for extensions and configuration changes, complying with Infor documentation standards.Work with the product development team by proposing enhancements and improvements based on client feedback.Work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals and contribute to continuous process improvements.Provide advisory-level support during pre-sales and post-sales operations as needed.Maintain up-to-date product, industry knowledge, and professional skills.Basic QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be flexible to travel and adaptable to consulting work in the EMEA region as required, occasionally international travel may be required. The candidate must be willing to work with people from different ethnicity, cultural background and positions in the company.Bachelor's Degree with at least one course or demonstrated experience in Information technologyMinimum of 3 years working experience in Warehousing or Supply chain logistics.Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language (speaking and writing)Reliability and deadline-driven approach.Ability to present to all levels and lead a customer workshop, extracting the required information.Ability to forge a strong relationship with the customer, and become trusted advisor.Strong organizational skills & time management skills.Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas.Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated.Willingness to travel.Confident, independent, sense of ownership, conscientious, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skill.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as Infor WMS, SCE, WM9, Exceed, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, SAP WMS or High Jump.Have work experience in the implementation of IT software projects, and understanding of technical elements in IT software such as: HTML, XML, Programming languages, SQL, reporting tools and etc.Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Our ValuesAt Infor, we strive for an environment that is founded on a business philosophy called Principle Based Management™ (PBM™) and eight Guiding Principles: integrity, stewardship & compliance, transformation, principled entrepreneurship, knowledge, humility, respect, self-actualization.We have a relentless commitment to a culture based on PBM™.
