We are looking for a Senior Workplace Engineer (all genders) to take a key role in building a secure, flexible, and efficient IT infrastructure using Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft 365 technologies.Your ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize our endpoint landscape (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop, including troubleshooting, patch management, and software deployment. Collaborate with the IT security team to implement endpoint hardening, vulnerability management, and security best practices. Plan, configure, and implement modern workplace solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Entra, and related tools. Automate processes using PowerShell and Bash scripting to improve efficiency and reliability. Conduct training and workshops for end users and IT colleagues to enhance adoption of secure and productive IT tools. Your QualificationsExpert knowledge of Microsoft Intune and/or Azure Virtual Desktop. Extensive experience in PowerShell scripting and automation with hands-on experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpoints. Completed degree or professional education in IT or related fields. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and Entra is a plus. Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 (Modern Desktop, Security, SharePoint, Teams Administrator) and experience with the Qualys Cloud Platform are highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus) with an analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
